PROCESS
DISCOVERY
The process begins with a kick-off meeting to determine the scope of the project -- your goals, aesthetic, needs, budget, and timeline. Clients frequently share inspirational photos in order to communicate preferences and inclinations that are sometimes difficult to express in words. We’ll do a walkthrough to study the space and take photos + measurements. From there, we will design a fresh and inspiring space that is distinctively YOU!
DESIGN CONCEPT + DEVELOPMENT
During this part of the process, we apply our expertise and present you with the overall concept along with curated options that will add depth and layers to your space. Depending on the needs of the project - which vary from construction to blank canvas spaces to a room refresh or overhaul - the presentation may include: furniture layouts, shop drawings, color recommendations, sample materials, etc. to help paint the full picture on how everything will ultimately come together. We engage in extensive sourcing and research in order to provide the very best recommendations. Tyler is deeply passionate about supporting makers and artisans from across the globe, small and/or minority-owned businesses and those with a focus on sustainability.
SELECTION
At this point in the process, we narrow down the options and select the best anchor pieces that were inspired by the parameters set during the Discovery phase and presented during the Design Concept + Development phase.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
During this phase we really get down to business bringing the approved Design Plans to life! We collaborate with the makers, vendors, artists and trades people to execute through the completion of your project.
INSTALLATION
Installation is complete when each piece has arrived and every last detail has been checked off the list. Our goal is to ensure you are absolutely thrilled with the space we’ve created together!
